FYJC Second Merit List Date - July 4, 2016
Education minister Vinod Tawde has decided to help Sakshi Rajwani, a secondary school certificate (SSC) student of Sacred Heart School in Ulhasnagar, who did not get her name in the first fyjc merit list 2017 despite getting 99.8%.
Rajwani got a shock after she did not see her name in the FYJC first merit list for online admission process in the Mumbai's city colleges.
Sakshi's form got blank and the data got erased due to some technical glitch while filing her online admission form for FYJC with her school's help. Despite her huge score, her name did not appear in the general fyjc merit list released on June 20 as well as on first fyjc merit list released on June 27.
Maharashtra's education minister Tawde decided to help her when the reports came in media. He requested the deputy director of school education for helping sakshi in getting admission in Vaze Kelkar College in management quota.
"I did got a call from education minister Vinod Tawde to help her. We will call the girl for a counselling round, after all three merit lists are announced. She will be given admission in the college of her choice. Being a high scorer, she will get first preference to choose a college of her liking." said, BB Chauhan, deputy director of school education. Meanwhile, FYJC Second Merit List 2016 releases July 4.
